ABC Admits Bias

You’ve probably read this elsewhere already, but it’s simply too good not to share it here for the benefit of those who may not have seen it.

This brilliant piece of work by Beliaik says absolutely everything about the current state of the ABC – which our taxes will fund to the tune of $1.06 billion in 2017-18 (see page 6-31).

Do You Need a ‘Safe Space’?

Safe spaces are all the rage in the US at the moment. For all the intolerant bigots out there who don’t know what a safe space is:

A place where anyone can relax and be fully self-expressed, without fear of being made to feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or unsafe on account of biological sex, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, cultural background, age, or physical or mental ability; a place where the rules guard each person’s self-respect and dignity and strongly encourage everyone to respect others.
